2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are based on information available at the time of inspection.

  • Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service.

  • Written estimates are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated.

  • Emergency service rates may differ from standard service rates.

All pricing is subject to applicable state and local taxes.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept payment via:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Approved financing (if offered)

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Returned checks may incur a processing fee.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least [24 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as provided by the manufacturer.

Labor warranties (if offered) will be provided in writing at the time of service.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lack of maintenance

  • Misuse or improper operation

  • Unauthorized repairs by third parties

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CoreTemp HVACR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Service delays

  • Equipment failure

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
